Last updated: April 17, 2026
Our Commitment
Blind Sparks Group Inc ("bHop", "we", "us", "our") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. We are committed to creating a safe environment and take proactive measures to prevent, detect, and respond to any form of CSAE.
Age Requirement
bHop is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We enforce this requirement through age verification during account creation. Any user found to be under 18 will have their account immediately suspended and permanently deleted. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on bHop and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities:
- Any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Any attempt to solicit, groom, or exploit minors
- Using the platform to facilitate any form of child trafficking or exploitation
- Any content that sexualizes minors, including fictional depictions
Detection and Prevention
We employ the following measures to prevent and detect CSAE on our platform:
- Age verification: All users must verify their age during the account creation process. Users must be 18 or older to use bHop.
- Content moderation: We use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and remove prohibited content.
- User reporting: Users can report suspicious or inappropriate behavior directly within the app. All reports are reviewed promptly.
- Photo review: Profile photos are reviewed to detect and prevent the upload of exploitative material.
Reporting and Response
When we identify or receive a report of potential CSAE content or behavior:
- The offending account is immediately suspended pending investigation
- All relevant content is preserved for law enforcement purposes
- We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline, as required by U.S. federal law
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- The offending account is permanently banned with no option for reinstatement
