Remove Intimate Images Shared Without Consent
Last updated: October 12, 2026
If an intimate image or video of you was shared on bHop without your consent, including one that was AI-generated or altered, you can ask us to remove it. You don't need a bHop account. We remove the image, and any identical copies we find, within 48 hours of receiving a valid request, including on weekends.
How to Ask Us to Remove It
Email info@blindsparksgroup.com with the subject "Intimate image removal request". You don't need a bHop account.
Your request needs four things:
- Your signature: your full legal name typed at the end of the email is enough.
- Where the image is on bHop: the name on the profile, and a description of the photo, message or video and where it appears. Please don't send us the image itself.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the image was shared without your consent, with anything that helps us confirm it.
- How to reach you: an email address or phone number.
If you're asking on someone else's behalf, tell us who you are and how you're authorized to act for them.
What Happens Next
- We confirm we received your request.
- Within 48 hours, we remove the image and any identical copies we can find on bHop.
- We suspend or permanently ban the account that shared it.
- We keep the records the law requires us to keep, and we cooperate with law enforcement.
- We tell you when it's done.
Video Calls
bHop doesn't let anyone save, download or share call video. Calls are recorded on each participant's device for safety and uploaded to us only if someone reports the call. Reported recordings are seen only by our safety team and are deleted on the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
If someone captured a call another way, for example by recording their screen, and shared it outside bHop, report the account to us so we can act on it. You can also use StopNCII.org to help stop the image spreading on participating platforms, and contact the site where it was posted.
If the Person Is Under 18
Any sexual image of someone under 18 is child sexual abuse material. Report it to us and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at CyberTipline. NCMEC's Take It Down service can also help. See our Standards Against CSAE.
If You're in Danger
If you're being threatened or are in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or call 911.
